All data will be used exclusively for the management of the contribution given, as well as for sending communications by email of the activity carried out by Fundación Amazonía Productiva.
If you want to donate a large amount or on behalf of a company, we can electronically send you a CERTIFICATE of support for the project you wish to contribute.

OUR RETURN POLICY
The reasons why the donor can request a refund of the donated money from Fundación Amazonía Productiva or their bank are:
1. Donation no authorized.
2. Canceled your donation and after that date a new debit was made.
3. The donation was debited o charged twice in the same month.
The process to follow for an effective refund is:
- You must request the refund by calling 0991345174 or going directly to our office at Calle Wilson OE 7-56 and Av. Diego de Almagro - La Mariscal, Quito.
- When requesting a return, the Fundación Amazonía Productiva will review the archived media and send the donor a copy of the signed form or the recording of the call where the donation was authorized to identify whether it was an impersonation.
- The requested money will be transferred only to the account or credit card from which it was debited. Financial institutions take a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks to make the return.
- Donations made through our PayPal button at the top of our page are just for ONCE, this means that no value will be debited monthly or that the donor agrees to donate for an indefinite time.
